my coco learned how to ring the bell to go outside in 30 min. yorkies are very smart dogs, i don't think you need a trainer at all. i bet you that everything that is "good" advice from your trainer is something that someone with common sense can figure out on their own. my advice to you is give your baby time, i promise she will come around. right now she is probably terrified and reliving what she went through before she was rescued because of the tactics the trainer is using and with that she will not respond. give that trainer the boot and before you do let him or her know that, that is noway to try and get a rescue dog to respond to you, showing her love and making her feel safe will get the response you need from your baby. tell that trainer that he or she needs training :
