Everyone has such good experiences w/ them...I'm jealous! LOL. The past two times we went (when we went to pick up my ring the first time after it lost the stone, and drop it off again) they were fine. And when my fiance got the ring they were good..but after he proposed and I got the ring sized, I got another ring sized and cleaned, and when he went to pick them up they tried telling him "Oh it's going to cost this because they also did this to the ring"..can't remember exactly what it was, but my fiance's response was "No, no one called me, and I didn't want that done so I'm not paying it". He didn't pay for whatever it was, but still really messed up on their part. I'm hoping now things will be better. My parents always bought their jewelry and my jewelry from their, so if I have any more problems I'll probably just bring my mom or dad, but since they've been so nice now, I'm hoping things will stay good.
