Bloody diarrhea means that either the blood is coming from within the intestinal tract (ex. bacterial infection), from the stomach (ex. ulcer), or from the anal sphincter. First determine if your dog has any cuts or abrasions on the butt, which may cause the bleeding as she passes stools by. Then determine the color of the stool accompany the blood - dark or black means from the stomach (already digested blood), bright red is usually from the intestinal tract. Place the dog on NPO - (nothing by mouth) except for liquids. These dogs are prone to develop dehydration easily so keep glucose or pedialite solution (which contains glucose and electrolytes) near by. I would even recommend giving you dog pedialite every 1hour about 2-3 cc by mouth. You can put the solution into a syringe ( without the needle) or a dropper. Try this for at least two days, along with the antibiotics that you vet gave. if the problem was bacterial then the antibiotics will help and giving no food will help by giving rest to the bowels. she should be fine within a few days. ALso, make sure you dog did not ingest something that could be causing the bleeding. Hope this helps
