I know several have said they free feed.

I have thought about it, but doesn't that make them go potty more?
Cozmo just acts starved all the time. Someone said that I should just free feed. Well the problem is he doesn't tell me when he needs out. And with him being a rescue I don't if that is why he always acts starving. Can someone please help me with this.
1. should I do the free feed
2. just keep feeding him 3 times a day like I do now.
3. Or just give him more food the 3 times a day.
I think if I would put food in his bowl all the way to the top every feeding he would eat all of it at ever sitting.
Can some one help????????????????
