I usually cut down my girls as soon as I know they are with whelp.....not only for safety, sanitary reasons....but, also much quicker to dry them, therefore not keeping her away from pups for any great length of time. |
she has not been going outside, just using the peepad. I have her belly and nipple area all shaved.
