Cyotes are so very sneaky, seen them in our yard many a night. This summer a Bob Cat up on its hind legs getting the fruit off our trees..... came in couple cyotes, chased the Bob Cat over the chain link fence (6 ft. chain link fence) he scaled that fence in a flash.
Cyotes aren't fearful of anything, if their close enough a pet is in danger even if it's on a leash.
