I buy all my diamonds from Helzberg and they're fantastic. They were the first jewelry store that I walked into that didn't treat me like a kid (I was engaged at 20) or like we didn't have any money. So I'll always buy my stuff there.

I did have one problem with a ring that kept breaking. They fixed it twice and it broke again, they let me exchange it for a different ring, no questions asked.

I'm sure they'll figure it out for you, either by permanently fixing this one or getting you another one. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
