So I took it in and the girl says "ok we'll send it in again" and I ask if there's anything they can do because I just got it back, so she got the manager who was very nice. She's having their in-store repair guy fix it, usually he doesn't fix anything about .5 carat, but since I was already w/o it for so long she's going to have him fix it. I'll get it back by wednesday, and their going to look at the prongs and see what's wrong with them. Also, she said if it happens again I get a new one.
