I'd guess chihuahua mix, but not sure what with. Almost has a terrier look to it. Cairn? Scottie?

The long-haired chi's I've seen have smoother coats.

(Edit: Duh, I was identifying the already identified chi picture)

After looking at papillons and poms, though, I'd definitely guess long-haired chi
