For the first time Max just "told" me that he had to go potty. As I was walking across the living room he ran in front of me and kept looking back at me. I could tell he was wanting my attention and sure enough, he ran to the door and looked back and forth between it and me. I got his leash, took him out and he tee-tee'd right away. I am sooooo excited!!! There will be a million more accidents I'm sure (he still doesn't hold it 100% of the time in his crate) but this is a great step in the right direction!
