Thanks guys for saying it's a beautiful ring..I LOVE the ring, I think he did an awesome job picking it out..and he had no help either! I'm just torn because I'm so afraid it's going to happen again, I know they'll fix it, but what happens when it happens again..it's already happened twice, I'll be surprised if it DOESN'T happen again
