I do the same thing as you, actually lol. But seriously, what you just described sounds exactly like me.
When I'm REALLY angry I just go outside and walk. I dont come back until I've calmed down enough that I can think and speak rationally. It all kind of depends on what works for you. If you like to write, I'd suggest you write it down. Just let out all of your frustrations on the paper, and don't censor yourself or anything - just let it happen. Some people like to listen to reall loud music (others like to listen to really soft, relaxing music).
I think you should experiment with it, and whichever one works best for you you should focus on.
