I found this on another thread. You may want to call the vet too. Hoep he's better soon

ml and cc are the same thing
5ml = 1tsp=12.5mg
2.5ml= 1/2 tsp=6.25mg
1.25= 1/4 tsp=3.12mg
1/4 tsp per 5lbs
I confirmed this with the vet.
