OMGoodness, I went thru this but Kodak who is 3 1/2 would be so mean to Mari. Members told me it would pass and that he was being territorial and had to get use to her. Well, she's almost one this month and he is still mean to her. Even though they play together, Kodak growls and snaps and sometimes gets a good one in and she yelps and runs and hides.
I have had to keep them seperated to. Now I get a fly swatter and hit the ground when he growls and is mean to her. I lightly tap his butt or I hit the floor really hard with the swatter and he cools out. It just makes me wonder what he does to here when I'm not here.
He's so much bigger than her and she taunts him sometimes but she can't really protect herself.
