I love and do a lot entertaining before I started gofetch so I have been collecting recipes as well as cookbooks.
My tested recipes have grown so much that I have them now on binders with each recipe in individual sheet protectors so when I take it out and work on it I know it won't ever get dirty or messed up
I have also categorized them accordingly (beef, poultry, pasta, bread, dessert, sauces, etc).
