I love, love, love thanksgiving and most especially entertaining . . . I always throw a party for Christmas as my friend takes care of thanksgiving but last year I did both thanksgiving and christmas since I had family come down from CA and it was a blast.

With my busy schedule I will not be doing any cooking at all this year (except for a sit-down formal dinner on christmas eve), so for thanksgiving am going to 2

One is a 9 course chinese dinner at around 2:00PM and the other will be a traditional thanksgiving feast at 6:00PM . . . yummmm-oooooooooo!

I have way too many recipes to even pick one to share but if anyone wants a specific dish, just PM me instead
