[Surfie and Tiki]

If anyone is making ham, here is a GREAT sauce recipe ~

Ham Sauce

¼ C toasted mustard seed. (Dry toast until they turn grayish)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2-tablespoon ground ginger
¾ C Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark-brown sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
3 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
1 can pineapple JUICE only, then use ½ can of the actual pineapple
A few tablespoons of ham juice

Mix everything together in food processor; simmer in small pan until hot.
