Here is a sweet potatoe recipe someone shared on here that Im gonna try. It sounds yummy
1stck butter
1 T. vanilla
3 cups sweet potatoes (4 or 5 large sweet pot.)
1/2 c. sugar or splenda
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. evaporated milk
Topping
3/4 brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Bake potatoes first for 1 hr.
Mix potatoes, sugar,vanilla,evap. milk,eggs, and butter. Pour in buttered caserole dish. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, flour,butter mix well with fork to make crumbs. Add pecans to mix. sprinkle on top of pot. mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees |
