Oh I do have a nice recipe for Asparagus I forgot to mention.
Cook the asparagus for a few minutes. Ala dente so to speak.
Put them into an oven safe dish and in a mixing bowl put breadcrumbs,
crushed garlic (to taste) and alittle olive oil to blend. Spoon breadcrumb
mixture over asparagus and put into broiler until lighty toasted.
Enjoy. You can add alittle drizzle of OO before serving. |
