He is so funny I can't help but laugh at him but his sudden interest in barking is causing some problems. Rocco sleeps with me so when my alarm goes off in the mornings at 5:30 I immediately take him outside to do his business. Because at this time the grass is wet he is quick to do his stuff and get back inside. Once inside though he is wound up and just starts barking and barking and barking and barking for no reason which in turn wakes the rest of my household up (children and husband who works nights) which means that everyone is "grouchy" and it also means that "mommy" doesnt get "her" guiet time in the morings.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to break him from barking so much? He is only 3.5 months and I know he's just fascinated with it but its starting to get annoying.
what worked for us is a heavy duty metal pan or bowl and a heavy metal spoon. Bang the spoon to the pan and it will make a noise that will stop him in his tracks! then say a loud FIRM "NO BARK"
