Well, unfortunately I only know of one site that has a free pattern or two.
www.sewing.circleofcrafters.com. I started there when making my first item for Meka. You can also go to walmart or a fabric store and they have patterns for dog clothes you can buy. Other than that, I've kinda created patterns just from visual... Hope this helps
