I just got a call from my DH. The infection was caused by sutures that didn't dissolve (Vet says sometimes happens with tiny dogs). He had to make a new incision and remove the remaining stitches, and then he put a staple in. He gave us an antibiotic cream to rub on the area, but he says Scooter should do fine. I'm so relieved!! Thanks for the prayers!
