I agree, my mother breed Yorkies for many years. She offered a lifetime guarantee so it does exist. They could return the dog for whatever reason at any time for a full refund. Only one person ever took her up on it. She would not let puppies go before 12 weeks at the earliest. Sometimes she kept them longer if needed. She kept one tiny one for 6 months before letting him go. And many breeders don't have websites because they don't need one. They typically have very few litters and have a waiting list.
