I'm very confused as to what is going on in this thread? BUt if you want people's advice to your question, here is mine.
I breed and I work full time. I have, 2 females and 1 male. I have only had three litters (total). I live two miles away from work and I also have my mother living with me. If there is a problem, I can be home within 3 minutes. You do need to stay at home with the females when it is close to giving birth. That could be a week or two. Hopefully your boss is a nice person. If God-forbid you have a problem with any of the puppies, then that could add a few more weeks to your staying home. Unless you have someone there. A mentor is great, will she stay with your babies? I don't mean to sound mean, Just trying to give you a heads up. It in its self is a full time job, but the reward is amazing. Why don't you try with one pregnancy and see how it goes. Everyone thinks its a blast and a great way to make money, trust me it is a blast if things go right, not so if something goes wrong.
I mated my male with two other females around 5 months ago, one lady had to get her dog a c- section it cost her more then what she made selling the puppies and she still has one left that she can't sell, the other also has a puppy left that she can't sell either.
My advice, think before you jump. Good luck!
