I feel bad for both Dena and Natalie and now Gracie but I am going
to say something that might just upset some of you but really don't
mean too.
When I got Buddy I thought about the cost involved. That was a major
thing for me because I would be his only care giver and it was very
important to be sure I could take care of anything that came up in the
way of health issues. I know to always expect the unexpected, so to
speak and you really need to take this into consideration when you
take on ownership of a pet of anykind.
I would love to have another Yorkie for myself and a campanion for
Buddy but I know that IF something should happen in the way of
health (for two) I would find it hard to pay for the help that might be needed
down the road so therefore Buddy is my only pet. I can handle one
but not two and I am aware of that. I do hope that Natalie gets the
help that is so desperately needed and Dena finds a way to fund it.
To me it is so very important to know you can cover the cost of owning
something before you own it and not take ownership lightly because you
never know when something can go wrong and you have to dig deep to
pay for your pet's care. I think this way but I guess not everyone does.
Belive me I have helped as much as I could here on YT but when I see
a Yorkie in need of health care and can't get it because the owner does
not have the funds it just tears me up. That just how I think. |
