If she is playing and acting normal. I wouldn't worry.
Just make sure she is taking in water if she continues to vomit.
I would not change her diet. Look and see if her food has wheat.
Wheat tends to bloat them up.
With my 4 Yorkies, I notice they have sour stomach.
Yes! Mostly when their stomachs are empty and not enough water.
I might be wrong but I have acepted this problem with my Yorkies.
As long as they are acting normal and taking in plenty of water I am not alarmed.
If she changes and becomes lethargic I would not waste time, I would take her to the Vet or Pet Hospital. Remember they are small and can become dyhdrated very quickly.
