This is why I'm so anxious to get her into a specialist.... I just don't think she's strong enough to go through a bunch of "trials" to see what is what... we need a difinative diagnoses and agressive treatment.
The only thing she's on is the Lasix and 3 antibiotics.... the waiting is horrible... but they said if she worsens over the weekend or anytime before her appointment, we can make the 3 hour or whatever it is, drive to their emergency facility.....
They said that x-rays don't offer much as to why..... they talked about doing a needle aspiration and taking fluid off her lungs and from around her heart... and testing it to "see if anything grows" so they'll know if it's a bacterial issue that brought on the enlargement.
