The only reason I would have said anything about my boys size is if you asked how big he was going to be & I answered I didnt know, although I dont recall us talking about him at all. And when you say a vet has okd her for breeding, you are saying she is healthy because vets do not ok dogs with genetic defects for breeding. You've also listed her as akc, but never can produce papers. You know I may have said once because you were mentioning selling her to a breeder that I would try to come up with your price because I thought I had it on my credit card but then had to email back & say I didnt have it & just couldnt put my family in that position & begged you not to sell her to a breeder many ,many times. Thats why when you once again wanted to sell her you right off that bat said she is breedable because you know how i feel about her & that kills me. I am willing to pay the $750-$1000 for her knee surgery & anything else she needs. I am happy for you if your child support is more than my pay check is. What it comes down to is that I dont care if her age & color are different and she has no papers, although I did ask you those questions & for updated pics many times. I just thought you could be more fair. I want to give her the best life. |
That part is true. I have not gotten you the AKC papers because I don't have them, which I've told you. When I got Lola, I received the initial papers from the breeder, which you have to mail back in to AKC. I never did it, because I don't care anything about that stuff. When I listed her for sale last year, I called the breeder and I had to have her fill out a new form requesting the new registration papers. The papers were sent back to the breeder, not me, and by that time, I had decided to not let Lola go, and I've never contacted the breeder again to get the new forms. I assume since I paid for it, that she probably still has them. I would have to get them from her, fill them out, and mail them back to AKC. I told you I was willing to do that!
I'm not posting anymore, this is your place, and I only intended to make my first post, but I get so angry at all the things that are untrue that you have written. Clearly these people like you quite a bit, like I did in the beginning, when I only knew you online.
Like I've said before, you know I've been honest with you, and you know what's right, and you're the one that has to deal with the karma you incur.
If you want to take it as far as court, I'm more than willing. At this point, after all you've written, you could be responsible for more than the dog. After all this bulls**t, I'll even give you the extra money you asked for, for your expensives, and I'll make the drive back to Cincinnati to get her, just give me my dog back! As you have learned, I'm a VERY smart girl, and I'm sure you don't want me to make your life hell.
