OMG!! Your post made me so happy!!! I just got home and came to check here immediately. Mango and Spanky are looking at their Mom like she's totally lost it, 'cause she's whoopin' at her 'puter screen. Do you realize how MAJOR that is, that Nat actually stood up at that hour???!!! I remember last year when my Tigger was so ill, the Vet used to tell me that the "wee hours" were the worst, because that is when they are the weakest. The fact that she could stand is just awesome! It's so funny too, how you describe Gracie, now and earlier in the day, as egging Natie on with her little yaps.... that is exactly what my Spanky used to do with Tigger, to encourage him to get moving. If he was having a really bad time, and I was not in the room, she would start barking her head off until I came there....like she was calling to alert me. When he would not eat, she would also yap at him then.
Aw Hon....... I have this picture in my head of you, at this late hour, so tired, looking out for your baby girl, listening to her breath, getting so excited at a such a simple thing as standing. I wish I was there next to you,cheering you both on.
