Hopefully he is better today with his treatments and a night in the tent (the tent is really helpful for little ones),they are keeping him on tylenol??
Now Nathan always got a secondary infection with his croupiness (strep, ear infection upper respiratory infections) they seemed to follow a bad case of it with him.(He was put on predisone also for a few days)
Hopefully he can home tonight or tomorrow and maybe with albuterol (and the machine) for them to do home treatments if nessesary.
We have all the meds on hand if he gets hoarse has a bad cold and sounds croupy .He is then given predisone for a few days and albuterol treatments when needed to prevent a night or two or three in the hospital. |
