I'm so upset, on the news this afternoon I heard that of the approx 1000 dogs from this Hillsville, Va puppy mill the owner is being allowed to keep 200 yorkies. I'm sorry but this makes no sense to me at all. Can someone please explain to me why he would be allowed to keep these, is there something in the law that makes it okay to keep yorkies in this hell but not other breeds? I'm sorry I just don't understand why they allowed him to keep any of the dogs.
