Wow that's complicated. At least you got a puppy! It sounded so much like a scam I thought she was going to take your money and you'd never hear back from her.
People don't sell puppies(yorkshire terriers) for in the $300's so right there should have tipped you off this was going to be difficult. I'm really happy you did get one though, so many have been ripped off it's heartbreaking.
