Finally on the nov 30th, 2006 we get an email:
Thank you i recived the money and sent you the invoice in another email,I've been off work since yesterday cause of the last minute blizzard that came are way once it passes which it will
I will talk with my boss and pick a day and see if its ok with you guys for pick up and I will let my husband know its ok to go ahead and book the it.
We say:okay thanks so much just let us know soon as the weather clears I hope you guys are alright take care and god bless
Then the lies begin as i found out her on yorkie talk later she always uses the same lie as to why she cant get the pup to the airport...
The blizzard was awful my husband recked are car in that blizzard luckly hes
alivewe are talking with the insurance people to get a new ride or so forth
thank you sooo much for the concern I didnt think it was going to get
as bad as it did we hardly have weather like that...I think thats why
people hear dont know how to drive in such condition we are so use to
hot weather..but thank you for her schedule that will help me alot

do you think its going to be possible to get her by sunday because i had planned a welcoming party for her because really after this sunday its going to be very difficult to pick her up almost impossible if not we can wait till the end of next week then maybe you will have your car fixed
She says:

Im just overwhelmed at the moment with this and that would be
great for us...I will need a little time to get our insurance people to
pay for the claim so we can afford another way around at the moment
I will no more on wednesday they set me a phone appt with
the claim adjuster to view and let us know what they can do for us.

about the outcome I would appreciate it thanks sooo much again...
Then we get to thinking that she might be lieing so we send her this:

hey i just finished watching the weather channel for the flying conditions and the best day to ship kimmie would have to be thursday not only does alex have the day off but all the other days of this week both texas and california are going to be haveing bad weather so it would be best if you get the flight booked tomorrow which is wed and ship her thursday that way you have the 24 hour notice for the airport and everything and also her vet check certificate that u got earlier this week will be current okay soo we will be expecting her on thrusday so to make it simple u just pick a time for us to pick her up pererably after 12 for the pick up here in california and that would be fine okay below is alex's information again so we dont waist any more time with that
We dont hear from her till Dec 18th, 2006 via phone she says that she has no way to get to the airport so were start getting angry because she is clearly lieing and its fustrating so we hang up and email her this:
u guys need to find a way to get there. i called my uncle
and gave him all the information i have on u so he just says if i dont get kimme the yorkie soon his lawyer will handle it so he is giving u some time to send her
she says:
ok thats a good deal and I will make prepartion some how some way this week to get her to you...thanks for responding back
we ask on the 23rd:
my uncle would like to know if you made the preparations yet to send her
he's only giving you till the end of this week... and send kimmie the yorkie...
she then lies:
the flight is allready booked and ready to go for
tuesday after chrismtas leaving at 3:45 arriving at 7:20pm they were booked
allready for today thank you...theres no need to sue me
if Im have made arrangements to get the pup there
we called the airport:
i just called the airport and they said that there is nothing booked under yours or my name they checked several times this is bull**** that dog should have been on the plane a long a** time ago im going to call my uncle at work now and press charges this is rediculous.
so in oct 30th she write calls me telling me the flight times and to go pick kimmie up today so i get dressed and go why im on the way to the airport she emailed me this:
the pup should be there in a matter of minutes!! please call me and let me know you got her after you read her instructions and so forth on how to take care of her and you have any basic questions please let me know I will help you understand its very important not to switch anything it can cause her to get sick and die...thanks

i have followed all the instructions and she is doing great she has the most perfect personality and daniel has fallen in love with her she is officaially the baby in the house we bout her a hoodie cause its cold out here so when we go out she can be warm i'll email you the pics. i just have a few questions for you where are the papers for her they werent on her kennel? could you send me a pic of her parents and her brothers and sisters im making a
scrapbook for her. thanks very much for everything and blessing our family
with this beautiful baby

hi i have a problem i need to know what shots the yorkie i got from
you guys has had cause the health certificate i got doesnt specify so
could you guys email me back with that info cause i dont want to overdose her on any shots oh and when can you send her akc paper like i said before they were there with her thanks a bunch

look in your stuff from the airline theres a small paper that tell you the birthdate of the puppy and what it has allready had you give that paper to the vet and they know how to go about understanding it. IF you cant find it let me know and I may be able to find out .
note: how does the breeder not noe what shots she has given her babbies??? something is not right... i respond;
yea i cant seem to find it could you please find out for me her birthday was oct 21, 2006 she has an appointment for th 2nd of feburary so if i could noe by then taht would be great thanks
note: the puppy she sent me wasnt the one i had originally asked for the one i had asked for had been born in august so this is weird she tells me this:
nope her birthday is nov 17 she is not the same puppy I orginally wanted to give to you she got bigger than expected so I thought i was doing you a favor by giving you another puppy that a puppy was you orginally wanted..since I waited so long to send the first one and it got to old.
note: wow this lady is nuts she doesnt even know what do she sent me so i tell her this:
okay then if her birthdate is november 17 how did they allow u to put her on the plan tha would have made her 6 weeks old and 2 days and that would also mean that u sent me the wrong papers cause the papers u sent he say that her name is trisha and the birthdate is oct 21 and the health certificate is dated 12/29/06 that was the day before u sent her i have scanned it and attached it to this email i just want to noe what shots shes had so that i dont overdose her on any get back to me as soon as you can thanks

none she has only had deworming and no shots so yes go ahead and proceed on

note: omg she hasnt had any shot and she's 8 weeks old this is sooo sad so i took her to get her shots hummm is she a good breeder???? i dont thinks so
