You are totally right, and there have been some things in the works as we type that would allow all babies to be chipped as soon as they are born with a tracking device, but you know how that goes.........lots of folks are already screaming that we would live under a microscope. I wouldn't care, as long as it would find my child in the event it went missing or kidnapped.
