i really really think that all vets should have to scan every dog everytime a dog walks into that door. people could lie and just say this is their new dog and the vets never ck for a chip. i would not be offended to know that my vet scaned all my dogs everytime we went for a ck up. at least that way they would know if someone has stolen or baught a stolen dog.
