Ok...I just noticed tonight that 3 out of my 4 babies have smelly ears...one of them is WAY worse than the others. There hasn't been any scratching...and from what I can see there's no "coffee grounds," however, I cleaned out one of their ears with a baby wipe and there was a lot of light brown colored gunk. Is this most likely an ear infection for ALL of them, ear mites for ALL of them, or just that they need some sort of ear cleaning solution?
