Oh My good ness Well first I am glad you went ahead and got the girl. I would of done that too. As for giving her back I wouldn't if she had sold her to a stranger she wouldn't get her back. If you still owe her money I would get it together so the next time she calls or stops by you can offer it to her and I bet she takes the money. Good luck in what ever happens.
