I started working out last October at the age of 54, having never done so before. I am naturally thin but with age the love handles and tummy area were making me so out of proportion. I started taking strength and toning classes 3 times a week , which helped but I wasn't seeing the love handles and tummy go down much, so 2 months ago I started doing 3 miles a day on the treadmill at the gym at a fast walk pace and combined with the classes I have gotten rid of my love handles but the tummy is still a bit if a problem. |
