Try doing the regular crunches, and side sit-ups. If you do try to do the standing leans from side to side with weights in your hands, use light weights or else your obliques could become bigger with the muscle gain. |
Thnx! I tried doing side workouts before, like there's this one when you stand with your feet apart and bend to the side but i didn't feel how it was working. lol I think i will research some good ones! I use 4-5 lb weights
