ALOT of it is what you like..(what would you want to wear and how much coverage you need, along with the outfit choice)

*If you want strictly tummy coverage.. i would say the "hide & sleek panty'"(and whether you want it for your whole mid-section, or just your lower stomach.. depends on whether you want the high-rise or regular, or the 'hide & sleek girl short'.

*if you want tummy and a little bit of thigh coverage too- i would say the "Hide & Sleek Mid-Thigh Smoother" (but if its a short dress, prob. not.. and i think you said before its just ur midsection anyway.)

personally, i would think one of the cami type ones is always a good investment also. you can where it under alot of things(even something as simple as another tight tank..just as a light smoother)

i dont know.. i know, its confusing-haha. i would just get one that you think you would want(coverage-wise, etc.) and also.. something versatile enough so you can wear it with other things in your wardrobe,if you want?! good luck.

It is confusing but thnx so much! It's just for the waist, lower tummy area. I guess i will just visit nordstroms and see there
