Get some 'SPANX'.
There are many, MANY, different kinds you can get.. They can be worn(and ARE worn) by many different shapes and sizes. They can literally take you down a size or two..or they can just be used to smooth out anything thats unwanted in a tighter fitting outfit. just depends what you want. here is the website..
