I am pretty thin the only problem is when i eat most of the fat goes to my waist! Not my hips, not my butt lol but to my lower stomach, waist area and i get those 'love handles'. I hate it!!!! I have been doing crunches everyday! This is my 5th day, i've been eating better but it's still there. I am getting soo frustrated and put plastic around my stomach when i work out to try and sweat more. I hardly sweat and i run a lot! For like an hr. I am slim everywhere else, it bugs me! I wanted to wear a nice fitting dress this weekend for a party but i guess that's out! Any ideas how to get rid of the love handles???
