Cry Possible Pancrease Problem? HELP! :(

My 3 years old yorkie boy has been acting strange for past month.

1) He would start shaking out of NO WHERE. He has NEVER done this. Sometimes he shakes so hard that his whole body goes crazy.

2) Sometimes when I try to pet him or lift him up, he starts yelping really loud.

So I took him to the vet this Saturday. He got X-ray & blood drawn out. The vet said X-ray looks fine BUT his value for pancrease came out LITTLE BIT LOW. Hence she thinks it was his pancrease that was bothering him which lead him to shake his body.

She prescribed Pain Killers & Antibiotics.

I was wondering if any of you guys went through this situation. First of all, what did she mean when the "value came out low"? She has adviced me to just wait and see if he gets worse...since it isn't serious.

And if he has pancrease problems, why would she prescribe Antibiotics to us? Pancrease value being low means (I THINK) it's not secreting enough or proper enzymes to break down the food...hence it doesn't have anything to do with having infection?

I am SO worried. It kills my heart whenever I see him shaking and in pain. It has been day 3....I am just hoping it's nothing serious

Thanks you guys.

xoxo
