I leave the hair on the body long but trim Lola's face and chin hair. If you look on my dogster page you can probably see what I'm talking about. I leave it longer than her chin by an inch or two but not too much and no beard. That way I can still do bows and barrettes, she has the beautiful long coat but still looks puppy-ish in the face. It's still much longer than a puppy cut on her head though. More of a teenage growth. I had been considering growing it all out this winter. |
