ARGH!!! We're in the same boat. Sophie, who is 4 months old, is on Advantage, too. Once a month dosage. Things went well for the first two months, but now, two weeks after her last dose......fleas....yes, plural! I pick off 3 or 4 each night.

The hotter weather probably has a lot to do with it.

I called the vet who said I could change the schedule to once every three weeks. More frequent baths....and do NOT use flea shampoo while on Advantage.

I'm wondering if there is a better medicine. Anyone tried Frontline??
