can't someone turn her in for doing that to an animal? that just brings tears to my eyes. here i am wishing that mine could talk to me and they take away the only method of vocal speak they have. so very sad. isn't it sad to think that if more people knew about debarking there would be more of it? lazy people don't want to take the time to train them.
