Ok, we took her to the vet this am and they said her adult teeth are pushing on her baby teeth causing the swelling.

She needs to have 5 teeth out, but there's a problem --

She is going into her first heat and they won't do a spay until 4 weeks after that. They don't want to put her under twice in such a short time, so I'm waiting to see what the game plan is.

She has antibiotics and steroroids to help with the swelling that she is starting tonight. I'm going to soften her food as well as give her wet canned food to make it easier on her to eat.

Any other suggestions to make her more comfortable even though her poor little mouth is all swollen?

We appreciate any prayers you guys could send out to us <3
