Has anyone heard of the PetLink microchip? Yesterday, Murphy was microchipped during his neutering. When I picked him up I was given PetLink information. In June, when I took him for his first puppy shots they gave me information about Home Again microchipping. I just assumed that would be the chip he would receive.
My concerns are: I did not receive a tag. Just 2 extra bar code stickers. Also, I could not register last night. I was able to register this morning. I had to call about a problem I had while registering (my mistake) and I asked about why I could not register last night. I was told the registration site was down last night.
I will address my concerns with my vet when I take Murphy to get his stitches removed, but I'm wondering how well known this chip is. Thanks!
