Mine didn't bark much until last December when I spent Christmas with him at a friend's house (he was about a year old). There were three very vocal dogs there and Archie "found his voice" while spending a week with these yappers! When I returned home after the holidays he let me know about every little sound he heard. He's not a constant barker, but he does love to use his little voice! I tell my friend it's all her dogs' fault!
