*UPDATE*
Well, Spike spent the day at the Vet's office and they ran all kinds of tests on him. Spike was getting an ear infection, so they treated that, plus albon for the coccidia. The vet read the fine print on the emergency doctors papers and I guess we were not feeding him enough. The nurse at the vet fed him over double what we were and he was running around and playing, barking, etc. So one of the nurses who works at the vet office, used to have a yorkie and he just died not to long ago, so she offered to take him and watch him over for a couple days and let the vet know what is going on. So he is doing well. |
